Arsenal Park Condominiums is a community of 36 townhouse-style condominiums, located off Arsenal Street in Watertown, MA. This community was created in the mid-1980’s with a combination of units renovated in old Watertown Arsenal buildings and newly constructed townhouses. The Watertown Arsenal was founded in 1816 and operated until 1968 when much of the property was sold for commercial and residential development. The Arsenal was an active facility with 53 buildings and structures on 131 acres.
