The Aquidneck Data Corporation, a software developer for the Naval Underwater Surveillance Center (NUSC) was outgrowing its’ base of operation: an agreement to build to suit and lease new office space was executed. The project development process began with interviews with Aquidneck Data management providing the data for a facility program.

Designed, constructed, leased and funded a 12,000 sf regional corporate office for Nationwide Insurance. The new facility was located in Independence Business Park, East Greenwich, RI.

Cornerstone Christian Bookstore owner wanted to own its’ retail space. An analysis of space needs based on Cornerstone marketing plans drove the site selection, building design, project cost, and funding. The completed build to suit was located Cornerstone in a new 11,000 s.f. building at 1770 Prisidential Ave., Snellville, GA.
