Lewis House, a 132-apartment community was developed and sold in the Spring of 2021. The project was leased up at 95% before being sold, making EdgeLine’s partnership very successful. The project was completed in Spring 2021.
Development services included:
Land acquisition
Entitlements: Kennesaw Downtown Development Authority approval for 132 apartment development adjacent to the City Hall and Adams Park.
Equity Funding: Pre-construction development cost funding – architectural design, engineering, land assembly, legal and environmental services.
Construction Funding: Structured equity and debt funding of $23,000,000 by re-organizing the development team and bringing new partners to the development.
